Bradley Durflinger age 46 of Fairbury and Lindsay Pingel age 38 of Fairbury were arrested on May 02, 2018 in Fairbury, Nebraska on the below charges:
Bradley Durflinger- Alleged Possession of Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, (2 Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance, Heroin, (2 Felony), Possession of a Deadly Weapon by a Prohibited Person (3 Felony), Possession of Marijuana Less Oz (3 Misdemeanor), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Infraction) and Habitual Offender.
Lindsay Pingel- Alleged Possession of Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, (2 Felony), Possession of Controlled Substance, Heroin, (2 Felony), Possession of Marijuana Less Oz (3 Misdemeanor), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Infraction).
On May 02, 2018 at approximately 11:50am, the Fairbury Police Department was contacted by the State of Nebraska District 1 Probation Office to assist searching a residence of a person that is on probation. When officers arrived, a search was conducted of a residence located in the 300 block of W. 3rd Street. Upon
searching the residence, officers located multiple baggies of white powdery substance and clear rock substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Officers also located a dark tar substance which tested positive for heroin. Baggies of green leafy substance were located and tested positive for marijuana. Multiple drug paraphernalia that was used for smoking methamphetamine and marijuana were also seized during the
search. Both Durflinger and Pingel were placed under arrest. Durflinger was transported to the Jefferson County Jail and booked on the above charges. Pingel was taken to the Jefferson Community Health and Life to get medical clearance and was then transported to the Jefferson County Jail where she was
booked on the above charges. Both Pingel and Durflinger are currently out on bond out of Saline County for narcotics violations.
Additional charges are expected for Durflinger due to being on probation.
The Fairbury Police Department was assisted by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department and Nebraska District 1 Probation Office.
