On the girls side, 11 of 20 medalists were from Fairbury, Thayer Central, Tri County and Wilber-Clatonia. Thayer Central’s Sydney Escritt was the top area girl, placing 2nd, with Tri County’s Andie Koch is 3rd, Fairbury’s Josephine Blatny in 4th and Koch’s teammate, Ella Crawford in 5th. Fairbury took the team championship, with four medalists. Joining Blatny were; Alissa York (8th), Autumn Branson (14th) and Mikwena Lierman (16th), all receiving medals. Thayer Central girls were second with Kylie Pachta (10th) and Alanna Fangmeier picking up medals for the Titans. Tri County, despite having two runners in the top five, finished in third place. Savannah Gerlach (19th) was the only other girl to medal for Tri County. Only six points separated Fairbury (42) and Tri County (48) in the team race. 
First through fourth place in the team standings on the boys side all belonged to area teams. Thayer Central won their home invite behind all four runners finishing in the top ten; Damian Stewart (2nd), Trey Fischer (6th), Keegan Casey (7th) and Dylan Fischer (9th). Tri County was led by Creighton Niemeyer, who won the meet by over 30 seconds over Stewart. Evan Larson (8th), Logan Larson (11th) and Krayten Uher (19th) all helped the Trojans to a second place team finish. The Fairbury boys were led by Braden Graham (13th) and Isaac Robertson (14th) while Jared Engleman (16th) and Devin Holliday (20th) also earned medals. Wilber-Clatonia’s Tommy Lokken paced the Wolverines with a 3rd place medal. Seth Vlasak (21st) was the Wolverines other top finisher.
