In Jefferson County CourtJeorgia M. Kleinbohl, age 33, of Fairbury appeared in Jefferson County Court on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge. In accordance with the plea agreement, Kleinbohl pleaded Guilty to attempted possession of a controlled substance and standard child abuse, both misdemeanors, and given one year of probation. All other charges were dismissed.Regina E. Caudy, age 48, of Deshler, pleaded Guilty to driving under a suspended license and without valid registration, both class 3 misdemeanors. Sentencing is scheduled for January 10, 2024.Nelson E. Valle Vasquez, age 21, of Omaha, was fined $100 for driving without a valid license.Tiffanie J. Fentress, age 36, of Lincoln, was fined $75 for driving without a license and $100 for driving without proof of insurance.In Gage County CourtTony A. Ebbers, age 59, of Blue Springs, pleaded Guilty to first offense DUI, a class W misdemeanor. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with credit for one day times served.
