Kleinbohl is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class 4 felony; child abuse, a class 3A felon; possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, an infraction; and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.Sayge R. Peters, age 34, of Wymore, is charged with possession of a methamphetamine, possession of high-concentrate THC (tetrahydracannabinol), possession of buprenorphine hydrochloride and possession of clonazepam, all class 4 felonies, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.Tara S. Meyers, age 44, of Fairbury, is charged with child abuse, a class 4A felony, and failure to report child abuse, a class 3 misdemeanor.Christopher C. Richie, age 45, of Fairbury, is charged with child abuse, a class 3A felony; possession of methamphetamine, a class 4 felony; possession of less than one ounce of marijuana, an infraction; and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.Carlos A. Estrada, age 31, of Fairbury, pleaded guilty to DUI, he was sentenced to two days in jail and fined $500.Alexander Morales Vazquez, age 33, of Fairbury, pleaded no contests to leaving the scene of an accident and failing to furnish information, a class 2 misdemeanor. He was fined $150.John A. Jacobitz, age 53, pleaded guilty to driving under a suspended license, a class 3 misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for July 1, 2024.Ronald E. John, age 57, of Fairbury, pleaded no contest to driving under a suspended license, a class 3 misdemeanor. Sentencing is scheduled for August 7, 2024.Mark M. McIntyre, age 33, of Fairbury, was arraigned on charges of driving under a suspended license and without valid registration, both class 3 misdemeanors, and driving without proof of insurance, a class 2 misdemeanor.
