Happy Halloween

Halloween yard decorations, along with dropping temperatures and falling leaves, are evidence that fall has arrived. Halloween celebrations began last weekend and continue today with Trunk-or-Treat events in Fairbury, Wilber, Plymouth and Odell and other events throughout the area.
