Raiders Edge Weeping WaterAt Weeping Water on Dec. 23, the Southern girls basketball team lost a tight game, 59-64.The Indians were up 18-13 after one quarter and held a 38-25 lead at the half. Undaunted, the Raiders outscored Weeping Water 24-15 in the third quarter and scored 10 points in the fourth quarter while Weeping Water had 11 points.Leading Southern in points was Hadlee Maxson with 23 points, shooting 53 percent on the night.Maxson also had seven rebounds, three assists and one steal.Raider senior Annika Glynn ended the game with a double double with 19 points, 10 rebounds, three assist. Jenna Forney had four points, four rebounds, two assists while Emma Eisenhauer had six points, two boards, three assists and two steals.
