Expanded Reckless Driving Definition includes speeding more than double the limit, with fines increased.Drivers must slow down for all stopped vehicles and vulnerable users on the roadside, such pedestrians and cyclists, and not just emergency vehicles. Kratom Consumer Protection Act (LB 230) prohibits sales to those under 21, sets labeling rules, and requires manufacturer registration.Online/electronic sales of vapes are prohibited, with new certification and registration for manufacturers.
