Another Warrant Issued for Fairbury Man After He Fails to Appear for Court Again

A bench warrant was issued for Michael Siebe, age 59, of Fairbury, after he failed to appear for Jefferson County District Court for sentencing on Thursday, April 2, 2026. Judge David. J.A. Bargen issued the warrant and set bond at $30,000 (10 percent).

Siebe pleaded no contest to attempted possession of a controlled substance, a class 1 misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail and a $1,000 fine, and failure to appear for court while out on bond, a class 4 felony punishable by up to two years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
