The Tri County Lady Trojans had a hot start en route to a 69-19 victory at home against the Wilber-Clatonia Lady Wolverines on Thursday, December 5. The Diller-Odell Griffins lost on the road 40-57 against Pawnee City on Thursday, December 5. D-O was keeping pace in the first half as they were only down four points with it being 20-24. The third quarter is the only time D-O would run into offensive troubles with the third quarter going 7-18. A valiant effort scoring 13, but P.C would score 15. D-O will be home hosting H.T.R.S on Friday, December 6 to close out opening week. The Diller-Odell Lady Griffins ran away with the victory on the road as they defeated Pawnee City with a final score of 62-24 on Thursday, December 5.D-O would have a lead of 35-19 going into the second half, but really slammed the door on any comeback, holding their opponents to a combined five points in the second half. D-O will be looking to repeat that same defensive effort at home as they'll be hosting H.T.R.S on Friday, December 6. The Meridian Mustangs couldn't contain Nebraska Lutheran on Thursday, December 5, losing at home with a final score of 26-63. Meridian will look to bounce back hitting the road and taking on Dorchester on Friday, December 6.
