Arrest Made in Doghouse Bar & Grill Burglary

The Gage County Sheriff’s Office has made an arrest in the burglary at the Doghouse Bar & Grill in Wymore. On the morning of December 26, 2024, deputies with the Gage County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene of an alleged a burglary at the bar, located at 122 South 7th Street in Wymore. The investigation determined that the bar had been broken into and cash had been stolen from gaming machines inside the bar. During the investigation, Levi James Fralin, age 44, of Beatrice, was developed as a suspect.On February 11, investigators executed a search warrant at Fralin’s residence in Beatrice, where they recovered several items law enforcement believes to have been used to commit the burglary. In addition, investigators also located several stolen credit cards. On March 7, an arrest warrant was issued for Fralin.The suspect was arrested by a Beatrice Police Officer on Tuesday evening, April 29, near 13th and Garfield Streets in Beatrice following a short foot pursuit. Fralin is facing charges of burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of multiple financial transaction devices.Following his arrest, Fralin was alleged to be in possession of a small amount of suspected methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle. Fralin is now facing additional charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructing police.
