Diversion Program Makes Strides Among Juveniles Since Inception

When discussing the current state of Juvenile Diversion, Galloway said, “I have one in Juvenile Diversion that’s almost done. I had four all year.”“Wow. That’s really the least that we had since we started the program,” said county commissioner Mark Schoenrock.
