Endicott Man Faces 50 Years for Drug Charge

Anthony Vculek of Endicott appeared in Jefferson County Court via webcam, in the custody of the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge.
Charges were not yet on file as the defendant was arrested over the weekend. He is facing possible charges of possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, a Class 2 felony punishable by up to 50 years in prison.
Judge Bauer assigned Public Defender Scott Gropp to represent the defendant.
Another hearing is set for July 12.
