Expanding The Base

The Letter to the Editor this week brings up a very good point about the Bonham and entertainment in general in Fairbury.Yes, we have a theater. Yes, it plays new movies. No, there is not a wide pool of volunteers. In order to have a theater, the community can’t have a classic for-profit business. In order to survive in a town this size, much like Hebron, the theater needs to be run by volunteers.While recently in Crete, I had the chance to drive around a bit and see what that community has to offer residents.
