The Fairbury Cemetery Association has been awarded $50,000 in grant funding by the University of Nebraska’s Forest Service. The funding comes from the Build Back Better Act, which includes investment for forestry services. On Tuesday, August 19, locations for 50 new trees made up of eight different species were flagged at the cemetery for planting. …
