Fairbury Man Who Failed to Appear for Court Arrested
Joshua V. Poley, age 30, of Fairbury, appeared in Jefferson County Court as scheduled on March 26, 2025. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge.
Poley has been convicted of multiple counts of driving without a valid license has once again been accused of driving while his license is revoked. On Monday, January 27, 2025, at approximately 11:40 p.m. Poley was cited for driving while his license was revoked, a class 2 misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
The defendant pleaded not guilty.
An arrest warrant was issued for Poley, age 30, of Fairbury, after the failed to appear at Jefferson County Court as scheduled on March 12, 2025. He was later arrested and released again on a $2,500 (10 percent) bond.
Another hearing is scheduled for April 23, 2025.
