Fairbury Woman Charged with Violating Protection Order and Terroristic Threats

On Wednesday, June 8, 55-year-old Fairbury resident, Tammy Vculek appeared in Jefferson County Court for arraignment. Linda Bauer presided.Vculek is charged with making terroristic threats, a class 3A felony that carries three years in prison and/or a $10,000 fine, and violating a protection order, a class 1 misdemeanor that carries one year in prison and/or a $1,000 fine.Vculek requested court appointed council and public defender Scott Gropp was assigned to her case.The event occurred on May 20.
