Kleinbohl, age 33, was scheduled to be arraigned in Jefferson County Court on Wednesday, March 31, 2023, but failed to appear. She is charged with possession of methamphetamine, a class 4 felony, child abuse, a class 3A felony and driving without proof of insurance, a class 2 misdemeanor. She is also charged with multiple infractions, including possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than one ounces of marijuana and failure to use a child passenger restraint. A warrant was issued for her arrest.Edvin Monterroso Escobar, age 44, of Freemont, pleaded No Contest to DUI and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, a $500 fine, 18 months of probation and his license was revoked for 18 months.Bailey A. Sturm, age 23, of Wilber, was sentenced to 18 months of probation for criminal trespass.In Jefferson County District CourtDalton A. McMaster, age 29, was sentenced to one year in jail by Jefferson County District Court Judge David J.A. Bargen on Thursday, June 1, 2023, for vehicular homicide in 2019, a class 1 misdemeanor.Lynn William Vieselmeyer, age 28, was arraigned in Jefferson County Court District on charges of assault by strangulation or suffocation, a class 3A felony, and third degree domestic assault, a class 1 misdemeanor. In a separate case, Vieselmeyer is charged with possession of a firearm by a prohibited person, a class 1D felony punishable by three to 50 years in prison, and possession of a deadly weapon (a knife) by a prohibited person, a class 3 felony. As a convicted felon, Vieselmeyer is prohibited from possession a firearm or other deadly weapons.George W. Brinton, age 69, of Fairbury, is charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), a class 4 felony. He pleaded Not Guilty.Thomas Van Caudy, age 36, was sentenced to two years in prison, followed by 12 months of post release supervision.
