Happy Birthday, Nebraska

The Cornhusker State turned 155 years old on Tuesday, March 1 of this year. The Nebraska Territory, created by the Kansas-Nebraska Act in 1854, became a state on March 1, 1867, when President Andrew Johnson signed the proclamation declaring Nebraska’s statehood.
