The annual Jefferson County Government Day was held Thursday, November 11, 2025, at the Jefferson County Courthouse. Students from four school districts, Fairbury, Meridian, Tri County and Diller-Odell, were given information and presentations about the functioning of county government. Students learned about everything from the court system to the Assessor’s Office to Emergency Management.
