Memorial Day Preparations Underway

Friday morning, May 22, volunteers began erecting flags around the Jefferson County Courthouse for the Avenue of Flags in honor of Memorial Day 2025. It is just one example of the many preparations being made throughout southeast Nebraska for the holiday weekend.
