One Vehicle Accident Sunday

Jefferson County emergency crews were dispatched to the scene of a single-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon, August 6, at approximately 3 p.m., on 710 Road, south of Fairbury.

The driver of a pickup truck lost control and ended up in a ditch.
The occupant did not suffer serious injury but Fairbury Rural Fire had to sue extraction tools to get the occupant out of the vehicle.
