Panel of Lawmakers Discuss Medicaid Reimbursements

Today, Friday, September 5, a panel of Nebraska lawmakers at the State Capitol are hearing testimony about cuts to Medicaid reimbursements, specifically those focused on behavioral health and autism.
On August 1 of this year, Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) implemented new reimbursement rates with reduce payments for applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
While the public may attend the hearing, only those invited will be allowed to testify.
