Schoenrock Files For Dist. 32

Jefferson County Commissioner Mark Schoenrock files for the 2026 Nebraska Legislature District 32 election Monday in Lincoln.
Mark is a conservative pro-life, pro-business and agriculture, pro-Constitution veteran with the experience and vision to tackle the tough issues who will stand strong for the citizens of district 32 and Nebraska in the Legislature.
A proud husband, father and grandfather, Mark ‘s roots in district 32 go very deep. His family first came to Jefferson County in the late 1800s, and he was born and raised in a Jefferson County agribusiness family where he learned the values of integrity, hard work, discipline, honesty and empathy. He was the first member of his family to graduate from college when he graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Agriculture. The same day, he was commissioned an officer of the United States Army which began a long career serving the United States of America on active duty leading Army logistics responsible for the supply, maintenance, transportation and service of United States combat forces around the world.
Upon returning home to Nebraska, Mark was elected and re-elected as a Jefferson County commissioner where he has served his fellow citizens of Jefferson County and southeast Nebraska in numerous leadership positions for nearly eleven years.
He has served as Jefferson county chairman numerous times, Nebraska Association of County Officials Southeast District Director, Blue Rivers Area Agency on Aging chairman, Public Health Solutions district health board chairman, and Blue Valley Community Action executive board.
He was selected by his elected peers across Nebraska as the 2023 Nebraska County Official of the Year. Additionally, he served as a mentor for over ten years in the Fairbury TeamMates program, church council chairman and is a proud member of the Nebraska Farm Bureau. He was selected as the first Fairbury Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
He has proven conservative leadership with real results, working extensively with the Legislature, Governor and Nebraska federal congressional delegation on numerous issues to serve the citizens of Nebraska.
He is proud to be endorsed by Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen, Lt Governor Joe Kelly, Attorney General Mike Hilgers, State Auditor Mike Foley, Congressmen Don Bacon, Mike Flood and Adrian Smith, and numerous state senators.
