Tri County Cancels Classes For Second Week In A Row

Tri County Public Schools were forced to cancel classes for the second week in a row, due to illness and ongoing staffing shortages. Last week, elementary school classes were canceled on Tuesday and Wednesday, January 18 and 19. This week, secondary school classes were canceled on Wednesday and Thursday, January 26 and 27.Randy Schlueter, Superintendent of Tri County, told FJN, “IThe district did not have enough substitute teachers to fill all of the spots.
