UP Train Slips Its Tracks In Jansen

The last two cars of a Union Pacific train slipped off the tracks in Jansen Friday morning, August 8, 2025. The accident occurred on the portion of the tracks that run parallel to Highway 136. UP personnel were on the scene as of press time and no further information was available.
