Warrant Issued for Endicott Woman

An arrest warrant was issued for Tammy S. Vculek, age 57, of Endicott after she failed to appear in Jefferson County Court. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge. Vculek was scheduled to appear in Jefferson County Court on November 15, 2023. She is charged with two counts of second-degree criminal trespass, a class 3 misdemeanor punishable by up to three months in jail and a $500 fine. On September 4, 2023, at approximately 9:30 a.m., Jefferson County Deputies responded to a report of an attempted home intrusion. According to the arrest affidavit, the reporting party, “had called and advised that he was currently sitting in his truck and that Tammy Vculek was currently trying to gain access to his residence through the back door.” Vculek reportedly left the scene prior to the arrival of law enforcement. Later that same day, at approximately 11:45 a.m., deputies were once again dispatched to the same location, responding to a report that, “Tammy was again causing a disturbance. Tammy had again fled on foot prior to law enforcement's arrival.” The affidavit indicates that Vculek later called law enforcement and admitted to being on the property both times, despite having been trespassed from the property. A warrant was issued for Vculek's arrest and she was arraigned on November 1 of this year. She signed a bond promising to appear on November 15. Vculek's attorney, Benjamin Murray, has filed a Motion for Discovery and demanded a jury trial with the court. Vculek also has a case pending in Jefferson County District Court. In that case, she is charged with second-degree domestic assault, a class 3A felony punishable by up to three years in prison, 18 months of post-release supervision, and a $10,000 fine; possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony, a class 2 felony punishable by up to 50 years in prison; and possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony, punishable by up to two years in prison and one year of post-release supervision.
