ArrestsDana Culp, age 26, and Tanner Dux, age 34, both of Fairbury, were arrested along with Matthew Nicolas, age 35, on June 10, 2023, in Lancaster County. All three individuals were arrested and lodged for suspected possession of a controlled substance. Culp and Dux were also arrested for outstanding warrants and suspicion of possession of stolen property.Brandee Nicole Freauf, age 48, of Fairbury, was arrested in Beatrice on June 13, 2023, suspected of DUI and possession of weapon during a felony.In Jefferson County CourtJonathan S. Barnett, age 21, of Bruning, pleaded Guilty to DUI (Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol), a class W misdemeanor, in Jefferson County Court on Wednesday, June 14, 2023. He requested probation.George Leon Theodor, age 33, of Omaha, is charged with driving without a valid license and without valid registration, both class 3 misdemeanors, and no proof of insurance, a class 2 misdemeanor. He failed to appear for court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.Tyler S. Creek, age 28, of Beatrice, is charged with driving under a suspended license, a class 3 misdemeanor. His license was suspended after failure to pay child support. He failed to appear for court and a warrant was issued for his arrest.Rachelle L. Milligan, age 19, of Fairbury, is charged with shoplifting a value of less than $500, a class 2 misdemeanor. She failed to appear for court and a warrant was issued for her arrest.In Gage County CourtDalton J. Schwartz, age 21, is charged with six counts of possession of child pornography and one count of possession of sexually explicit content, each a class 2A felony.Bryon M. Forney, age 40, of Blue Springs is charged with six counts: two counts of sexual assault of a minor, a class 1B felony; child abuse, a class 3A felony; debauching a minor, class 1 misdemeanor; contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a class 1 misdemeanor; and body art without parental consent, a class 3 misdemeanor.
