In Jefferson County CourtDominique D. Tierney, age 29, of Lincoln, appeared in Jefferson County Court via webcam from the Jefferson County Jail on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge. She is charged with attempt of a class 1 misdemeanor (trespass), which is a class 2 misdemeanor; criminal mischief resulting in damage between $500 and $1,500, a class 2 misdemeanor; disturbing the peace, a class 3 misdemeanor; and unlawful acts relating to drugs, also a class 3 misdemeanor. Although Public Defender Scott Gropp had been assigned to represent her, she waived her right to an attorney and pleaded guilty to all counts. Sentencing is scheduled for January 3, 2024. As of press time, the defendant remains in custody on a $3,500 (10 percent) bond. Tierney also has a pending case in Lancaster County.Shanon Branson, age 47, of Fairbury, appeared in Jefferson County Court via webcam from the Jefferson County Jail. She was arraigned on charges of second degree assault, a class 2A felony , and use of a deadly weapon (a knife) to commit a felony, a class 2 felony. As of press time, the defendant remains in custody on a $75,000 (10 percent) bond. Another hearing is scheduled for November 29.Tyler B. Fazel, age 22, of Blue Springs, was originally charged with child abuse, a class 3A felony, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony. In accordance with a plea agreement, Fazel pleaded No Contest to a reduced charge of attempted possession, which is a class 1 misdemeanor. The remaining charged were dismissed. Sentencing is set for January 10, 2024. Warrants Issued in Jefferson County CourtTammy S. Vculek, age 57, of Endicott, age 47, was scheduled to be in Jefferson County Court on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, but failed to appear. Linda Bauer, the presiding judge, issued a warrant for her arrest. She is charged with two counts of second degree criminal trespass, a class 3 misdemeanor. Vculek also has a case pending in Jefferson County District Court. In that case, she is charged with second degree domestic assault, a class 3A felony; possession of a weapon during the commission of a felony, a class 2 felony; and possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony.Warrants Issued in Gage CountyMaryAnn V. Flinn, age 52, of Fairbury. An arrest warrant has been issued for her. Charges are no valid registration and no proof of insurance.Katherine E. Jueneman, age 37, of Wymore. An arrest warrant has been issued for her. The charges is violating a harassment order.Dalton J. Parde, age 22, of Blue Springs. An arrest warrant has been issued for him. Charges are attempt of a class 1 misdemeanor; Theft, driving under a suspended license and driving during a period of revocation. In Sarpy County CourtBrandon L. Imes, age 35, was booked into the Gage County Jail on November 10, 2023, after being arrested as a fugitive from Justice. Although current court documents list his home address in Beatrice, documents from prior cases list him as a resident of Plymouth. Imes was originally charged in Sarpy County with driving during a time his license was revoked, a class 2 misdemeanor, and unlawful display of plates, a class 3 misdemeanor punishable. The defendant was sited for these charges on June 12, 2022. Imes failed to appear for court as scheduled and new charges were added: failing to comply with a citation, a class 2 misdemeanor, and failing to appear while out on bail, a class 3 misdemeanor.
