Devor is charged with one count of second degree forgery with a value of $5,000 or more, a class 2A felony punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and two counts of title violations, each a class 4 felony.Troy John, age 54, of Fairbury, was arraigned in Jefferson County Court on charges of possession of methamphetamine, a class 4 felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.Cynthia Rice, age 46, of Fairbury, is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, a class 4 felony. In another case, she is charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, an infraction.Warrants Issued in Jefferson County CourtJohn A. Jacobitz, age 53, of Beatrice, failed to appear for Jefferson County Court on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. Linda Bauer was the presiding judge. The defendant is charged with driving under a suspended license, a class 3 misdemeanor. Judge Bauer set a bond at $2,500 (10 percent).In Gage County CourtWillie L. Coleman, age 37, of Fairbury, was fined $250 in Gage County Court for shoplifting.Ashley N. Smallwood, of Fairbury, was fined $250 in Gage County Court $250 for shoplifting.Sara A. Holly, age 34, of Fairbury, is charged in Gage County with shoplifting. Another hearing was scheduled for April 2.Christina S. Henthorne, age 47, of Wymore, is charged with possession of a controlled substance. Another hearing is scheduled for April 16.Jared B. James, age 41, of Endicott, is charged with third offense refuse to submit to a test, a class 3A felony, and refuse to submit to a pretest. A class 5 misdemeanor. Another hearing is scheduled for April 23.In Gage County District CourtJohn A. Jacobitz, age 53, of Fairbury, is charged in Gage Cuonty with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. A hearing is scheduled for April 3.Jimmie L. Thompson, age 22, of Wymore, has been charged with burglary in Gage County. Disposition set for April 3.Brandon T. Dunn, age 29, of Fairbury, is chargd in gage County with two counts possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Another hearing is scheduled for April 23.Timothy J. Sutter, age 46, of Barneston, is charged with possession of a controlled substance. A hearing is scheduled for May 30.Heath S. Genrich, age 42, of Barneston, is charged with two counts possession of a controlled substance. A jury trial is scheduled for June 12.
