Former Veterinary Clinic Building Demolished

The former Veterinary Clinic at 315 F Street in Fairbury was demolished on Tuesday, April 14, 2026.
The Fairbury City Council previously voted to demolish both the veterinary clinic building and the Price Brothers Hardware building at 325 D Street, which was demolished earlier, Thursday afternoon, April 2.
A memo from Fairbury Code Enforcement Officer Daniel Lufkin noted the structure, “has also been neglected since the clinic closed. The building has progressively deteriorated, and the roof is now mostly collapsed, creating additional public safety concerns.”
The City accepted a bid from Inline Construction to demolish the veterinary clinic for $77,637.
