The Great Plains Welsh Heritage Center

The Great Plains Welsh Heritage Centre in downtown Wymore held a thank you meal for those who supported the soon-to-be constructed Heritage Inn. The Great Plains Welsh Heritage Project, located at 307 South 7th Street, is the only cultural resource in the United States dedicated to interpreting the cultural legacy of Welsh immigrants on the Great Plains.The Great Plains Welsh Heritage Project owns and operates the historic District 81 Pleasant View Schoolhouse, a fully furnished 1900-era one-room schoolhouse museum.
